Ginger Ragsdale, President and Owner of Ginger Ragsdale Inc., has been in the design and construction business since 1976. Ginger started out as an interior designer upon graduating from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro in 1976. After working in the field for several years as a licensed and registered ASID Designer and then moving to the Atlanta area in 1983, she began working with the Art Institute as part of the staff teaching Drafting and Design. At this same time, she worked with many clients as a professional interior designer with Kaye Graham of KBG, Interiors.

By critiquing local area builder’s plans and seeing ways to improve the house plans, she broke into the construction side of the building and started her own construction company and first house in 1993 as Ginger Ragsdale, Inc.

Ginger is a member of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders and is a licensed builder.  Subdivisions that Ginger has built in include St. Ives Country Club, Country Club of the South, Downtown Atlanta, Athens area, Windward and Sugarloaf Golf & Country Club.

The company offers custom built homes in the 700,000 - 3 million price range along with remodel services.
